Q-Park has been successfully appointed to a new four year framework, managed by NHS Shared Business Services, to deliver efficient and flexible parking solutions to public sector bodies. Q-Park has been appointed to provide a wide range of solutions within the framework thereby being able to offer advice and value for money packages where clients are offered tailored solutions to their parking estate.
Lot 2 allows Q-Park to deliver one-stop packages for design, build, finance and operation (DBFO) projects. This allows the public sector to access the private funding market, take advantage of best design expertise and expedite complex construction projects. Partnering with Q-Park ensures that the whole project, from conception to a successful operation, is managed in an efficient manner by an experienced organisation and can also have the potential to unlock wider estate development opportunities.
Lot 3 allows Q-Park to deliver management solutions through their customer-focused staffing model, investment into technology and equipment as well as best practice operational knowledge. By taking advantage of Q-Park’s vast and long-standing experience, public sector bodies can have access to industry experts via a transparent and efficient route to delivering flexible car parking solutions.
NHS Shared Business Services ensure that their framework agreements provide competitive pricing, help drive savings and improve efficiencies and are free for clients to access. They offer a compliant route to market giving, an excellent geographic coverage as well as being easy to access and utilise.
